SHIPPING Federal Express (FEDEX) Delivery requires a signature. Please make sure someone will be at the shipping address to receive and sign for the package. FEDEX will not leave the package at your door even if you request it. A signature is required for the package to be delivered. If you submit an international order online, the shipping charges will NOT be included. We will e-mail a quote for your approval. Once approved, we will process the order. Air shipments such as next day air, or 2nd day will generally go out the same day if the order is placed by 12:30PM EST. Otherwise the shipment will leave on the next business day. If we receive your order, and are out of stock on an item, we will call or e-mail you the same day to suggest alternate colors or similar items to fill your order. NOTE: FEDEX does not pick up on Saturday or Sunday and we are closed on Mondays. Aquatic Ventures LLC uses UPS, to deliver shipments promptly and accurately. USPS may also be used if items are small enough and FedEx Ground, FedEx Air available on request. All orders are insured and delivery is confirmed. Ground orders usually take 5 - 7 business days for delivery. Cressi Sub does NOT drop ship, meaning if we don’t have it in stock please allow at least at least 10 business days for item to ship. The moment your package leaves our fulfillment center an e-mail will be sent to you confirming the tracking number, shipping address and carrier. At the click of a mouse, you will always know where your package is and when it will arrive. This service is free for all Aquatic Ventures LLC customers who provide their valid e-mail address.

By doing so, we can guarantee that every product you purchase from Aquatic Ventures LLC carries with it a full manufacturer's warranty. Returns If item is new with tags, then the item is available for a store credit, if item has been used and is not defective it cannot be returned. If item is under warranty and found defective then contact the manufacturer directly.
